Role: Project/Pilot Co-Lead
Objective: Measure, monitor and evaluate the level of inclusion and creativity across 16 teams (300+ staff) at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory over the course of an eight month pilot. Assess selected elements from a project framework—including tools and training—in context of inclusive behavior and the generation of innovative ideas. Metrics, such as tool analytics and surveys, inform this assessment.
In November 2019, I gave a talk titled "Designing for Diversity" at the DCUX conference in Washington, DC, where I shared three actionable insights for teams looking to build a more diverse, inclusive, and creative environment.​​​​​​​
